  2. Hey I just came across your blog and this is fantastic!! Heart diseases run in my family and although I'm fine till now, I do often get paranoid about I'll get a heart attack any time. I often check online to look for ways of heart disease prevention but I haven't been able to find anything satisfactory. I don't know if I'm acting sensibly or not. Well I'll just thank you for caring for people and it feels great.
